Kentucky Route 393 (KY 393) is a roughly 10-mile state highway in Oldham County, Kentucky. It starts at KY 1818 southeast of Centerfield and runs south to U.S. Route 42 north of Buckner. From US 42, the road continues about five miles to a brief overlap with KY 146 in Buckner, then heads south to meet KY 22 near Centerfield. It follows KY 22 east for about a mile, then turns south again and ends at Mount Zion Road. The entire route is in Oldham County and has no low clearance or weight limit restrictions. In 2009, KY 393 was relocated and improved: the segment from the I-71 interchange was widened to three lanes with a center turn lane, and improvements were made to connect with KY 22.
