Bernard J. Flynn (February 10, 1888 – September 15, 1971) was an American attorney who served as the United States Attorney for the District of Maryland from 1934 to 1953. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, he served under Presidents Franklin D. Roosevelt and Harry S. Truman. A Democrat, Flynn followed Simon Sobeloff as U.S. Attorney and was later succeeded by George Cochran Doub. He died in Baltimore in 1971.
