Stine Eiberg
Stine Eiberg Jørgensen, born 25 November 1998 in Høje Taastrup, Denmark, is a Danish handball player who plays left back for Nykøbing Falster Håndboldklub and the Danish national team. She is 1.81 m tall and wears jersey number 8. Handball runs in her family: her father Lars Eiberg Jørgensen and mother Heidi Holm were professionals, and her sister Maja Eiberg Jørgensen is also a player.
She started playing at age 7 with Taastrup Idræts Klub, moved to Ajax København’s youth team in 2012, and made her senior Danish league debut with Ajax København in 2017. In 2022 she joined Nykøbing Falster Håndboldklub and helped them reach the EHF European League final in 2023. She extended her contract with Nykøbing Falster Håndboldklub in February 2025 to stay through the 2025-2026 season.
Eiberg made her Denmark national team debut on 24 October 2024 against the Netherlands. By 5 January 2025 she had 13 caps and 4 goals. She was part of the Danish squad at the 2024 European Women's Handball Championship, where Denmark won silver after losing to Norway in the final; she was injured during the tournament and was replaced by Mette Tranborg.
