Benjamin Nicaise (born 28 September 1980 in Maisons-Alfort, France) is a retired French footballer who played as a defensive midfielder. He is 1.84 meters tall. He came through the Nancy youth system (1998–2000) and went on to play for several clubs: Nancy (2000–2004, 104 appearances, 3 goals), Metz (2004–2005, 14 appearances), Amiens (2005–2006, 40 appearances, 2 goals), Mons (2007–2008, 34 appearances, 2 goals), Standard Liège (2008–2010, 25 appearances, 1 goal), Lierse (2010–2011, 8 appearances), Panthrakikos (2011, 10 appearances), and a second spell at Mons (2011–2013, 38 appearances, 1 goal). He began a managerial career with FC Brussels in 2013.
