Boris Dubrovsky (politician)
Boris Aleksandrovich Dubrovsky, born November 22, 1958, in Magnitogorsk (then part of the Soviet Union), is a Russian politician and metallurgical engineer. He was the CEO of Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works from 2011 to 2014. He then served as governor of Chelyabinsk Oblast from September 24, 2014, to March 19, 2019. He is an independent politician. In October 2019, he was accused of embezzling state funds. In 2025, Russia's interior ministry issued an arrest warrant for him.
