Begin Again (South Korean TV program)
Begin Again is a South Korean music reality travel show on JTBC. In each season, famous Korean musicians travel to foreign countries to busk in public places and introduce themselves through their performances, connecting with locals through music. The show has four seasons and a New Year special, totaling 51 episodes.
Seasons and format:
- Season 1 (2017), Season 2 (2018), Season 3 (2019): artists travel overseas to perform busking in various countries.
- Season 4, also called Begin Again Korea (2020): the cast travels around South Korea and does social distancing busking to comfort people during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Specials and spin-offs:
- Begin Again Reunion (Dec 22, 2020): a year-end special with artists like Yoon Do-hyun, Paul Kim, Henry, and Lee Hi.
- Begin Again Open Mic: an online version launched on YouTube in May 2021 (original JTBC run was Dec 2020–Feb 2021).
- Begin Again - Intermission (New Year Special) (Jan 6–Feb 10, 2023): two groups of performers showcased in interwoven episodes.
