Bashar Al-Najjar (born 1 November 1991) is a Jordanian karateka who competes in kumite. He is a two-time Asian Games medalist, with silver in Guangzhou 2010 (60 kg) and bronze in Jakarta 2018 (75 kg). He reached the bronze medal match at Incheon 2014 (67 kg) but did not medal. He won gold at the 2017 Islamic Solidarity Games in Baku (67 kg) and has also won gold at the Asian Karate Championships. In 2021, he competed in the World Olympic Qualification Tournament in Paris, hoping to qualify for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
