Ardozyga sarisias
Ardozyga sarisias is a small moth in the Gelechiidae family. It was described by Edward Meyrick in 1904 and is found in Australia, especially southern Queensland. The wingspan is about 11 mm.
The forewings are pale bronzy-brown with a narrow white edge along the leading edge from the base to beyond the middle, and a strong white longitudinal streak from the base above the middle to about four-fifths of the wing. The upper edge of this streak touches the white edge near and after the middle, and the rest is edged with dark brownish-black. The lower edge has dark shading on the back half. There is a blackish streak along the fold from the base toward the back corner, a cloudy white streak just below it from near the base to the back corner, and a white streak near the outer edge from above the back corner to the tip, connected to the outer edge by two fine branches with dark dashes. The hindwings are whitish-grey.
