Archie Rose Distilling Co. is an independent Australian distillery in Rosebery, Sydney, making gin, vodka, whisky and rum. It was founded in 2014 by Will Edwards after researching distilling in 2012 and meeting other Australian distillers. Edwards had three copper pot stills handmade by Peter Bailly, and Archie Rose opened in March 2015 as a distillery and bar.

The company started with Signature Dry Gin, Original Vodka and White Rye, while Rye and Single Malt Whisky were set aside for the future. Whiskies launched in 2019 and 2020. Today Archie Rose produces whisky, gin, vodka and rum in two ranges: Signature Range and Fundamental Spirits. The Signature Range includes Signature Dry Gin, Distiller’s Strength Gin, Native Botanical Vodka, Rye Malt Whisky, Single Malt Whisky and White Cane. The Fundamental Spirits range includes True Cut Vodka, Double Malt Whisky and Straight Dry Gin, plus bottled cocktails and pre-mixed drinks.

In 2020, Archie Rose moved its operations to Banksmeadow, Sydney, and the Rosebery site became an events space with experiences like Blend Your Own Gin. The distillery has earned many awards for rye whisky, other whiskies, gin, vodka and branding. Founder Will Edwards was named Global Young Achiever of the Year (Spirits Business, 2020) and Forbes 30 under 30.
