The 2025 Big South Conference women's soccer tournament ran from November 1–9, 2025. It featured six teams in a single-elimination format. The top two seeds earned byes to the semifinals; seeds 3 and 4 hosted the first-round games. First-round matches were held at the Longwood Athletics Complex Vert Stadium in Farmville, Virginia and at a site in High Point, North Carolina. The semifinals and final took place at the Sportsplex at Matthews in Matthews, North Carolina.

USC Upstate, the defending champions, were upset by Longwood in the semifinals on penalties. High Point defeated Longwood in the final on penalties to win the title, their eighth Big South championship and first under head coach Aaron McGuiness. MVP: Aubrey McKessy (High Point). High Point earned the conference's automatic bid to the 2025 NCAA Division I women's soccer tournament.

The fourth seed was decided by a tiebreaker between Gardner-Webb and High Point, both 3–3–2 in the regular season; High Point earned the 4th seed after beating Gardner-Webb 3–0 on Oct. 25.

Attendance across five matches was 1,145, with 12 goals scored (average 2.4 per game).
