Arcesilaus (consul)
Arcesilaus (fl. 3rd century) was a Roman senator who became consul in AD 267. He may have Greek roots and was likely the grandson of Titus Flavius Arcesilaus, a priest in the Arval Brethren who held the office magister creatus in the 220s. Arcesilaus probably served as Comes of Rome and Italia in AD 257. He later held the consulship as consul posterior, alongside Ovinius Paternus, in AD 267.
