Romeo Ranjha is a 2014 Punjabi action‑comedy directed by Navaniat Singh. It stars Jazzy B and Garry Sandhu. The story follows Romeo and Ranjha, two Punjabis who meet while working in Thailand. Ranjha falls for Preet, who runs a refugee camp with the help of her uncle. The uncle asks for a large donation to support the refugees. Ranjha secretly gives a big sum that actually belongs to Romeo. It later turns out that Preet and her uncle are tricksters who had previously duped Romeo. The title was originally Rambo Ranjha. Filming began in Patiala, and the music launch took place on May 10, 2014 in Chandigarh.
