Angie Westhoff
Angie Westhoff, born 1965 in Munich, is a German writer of children's literature. After finishing school, she studied German philology and history at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and worked as a coach and lecturer in international teacher training. Since 2006 she has been writing for children and young readers. In 2013 she was chosen as one of four new members of the South German literary circle Die Turmschreiber. In 2011 her book Das Buch der seltsamen Wünsche was listed in the White Ravens, a recommendation by the International Youth Library.
