Andrea D'Amico is an Italian football agent who became one of the youngest FIFA‑regulated agents. He has served as secretary general of Assoprocuratori, has been deputy vice president of Assoagenti since 2012, and is a member of the FIGC Commissione Agenti.

As a teen he played many sports, including football, water polo, basketball and water skiing, and he later taught skiing and water skiing while at university. He began his career as a sports agent in July 1990. After earning a law degree from the University of Modena in 1988 and studying for a master’s in Marketing and an MBA, he met Oscar Damiani and Claudio Pasqualin at a transfer market event, which launched his career.

He started by managing Pasqualin’s players and then built his own client list, starting with players in the lower leagues. In 2006, authorities put him fifth in market share by volume (2.62%) and second by market share by value (8.6%). He was voted best agent for the 2014–15 season at the Italian Sport Awards.

He was Gennaro Gattuso’s agent for 17 years and also represented Gianluigi Lentini in 1992, Alessandro Del Piero, and Sebastian Giovinco, first when Giovinco moved to Juventus and then to Toronto FC, where he was MLS MVP in 2015. His other clients have included Francesco Toldo, Dino Baggio, Salvatore Bocchetti, Domenico Criscito, Marco Donadel, Luca Rigoni, Marco Rigoni, Maxi López, Luca Antonini, Ignazio Abate, Vincenzo Iaquinta, Alberto Aquilani and Ishak Belfodil. He also helped Fabio Cannavaro move to Al‑Ahli in 2010. D'Amico has been Marco Borriello’s agent since January 2016.

In 1990 D'Amico and Pasqualin founded Pasqualin D'Amico Partners. The firm, later joined by his brother Alessandro D'Amico and Luca Pasqualin, manages players’ careers, sponsorships, taxation issues, legal and financial advice, and media relations. It works to open international markets, helping Italian players move to clubs abroad in Scotland, England and Spain. It was involved in moves such as Gianluca Vialli from Juventus to Chelsea, and Sergio Porrini and Lorenzo Amoroso to Rangers. Foreign players who have worked with the agency include Oliver Bierhoff, Thomas Helveg, Paolo Montero, Cristian Zapata, Joachim Björklund and Nuno Gomes.

In 2006 Pasqualin D'Amico Partners ranked second in market share by volume (3.52%) and by value (9.3%), behind GEA World.
