Anahim Lake Airport is a public airport serving the west Chilcotin region of British Columbia. It is located about 1 nautical mile (1.9 km) south of the village of Anahim Lake and is operated by the Cariboo Regional District. The airport sits at an elevation of 3,644 ft (1,111 m) and observes Pacific Time (UTC−8) and daylight time in summer (UTC−7).

The main runway is 13/31, 4,642 ft (1,415 m) long and paved with asphalt. There is also a gravel east–west runway that is not maintained. Fuel (avgas and jet fuel) is available year-round. The airport has six private hangars and four aircraft shelters.

Facilities include a two-storey terminal about 90 square metres in size, which opened in 2014. It provides a waiting area, offices, bathrooms, and space for operations during emergencies. A newer terminal expansion plan and other upgrades have been discussed or funded in recent years.

In 2022, the airport recorded 1,054 aircraft movements (down from 2021), including 12 medevacs. Pacific Coastal Airlines operates the regular scheduled service, handling about 3,000 passengers per year. Bella Coola Heli Sports conducts around 50 charter flights from the airport.

Recent funding and projects include a 2021 grant to grade the runway area so it can handle heavier aircraft, and a 2023 application for a 93-square-metre terminal expansion, improved apron, better drainage, and solar panels.
