Ernst Atis-Clotaire (born December 9, 1977) is a former Haitian-French footballer who played as a defender. He was born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, and grew up in France, where he started his youth career with AAS Sarcelles and AS Monaco. He spent part of his career in Ligue 1 with AS Monaco, and later played for AC Ajaccio, AC Cambrai, SC Draguignan, and US Saint-Georges-les-Ancizes. He is 1.74 meters tall.

Internationally, Atis-Clotaire represented France at the youth level (U19 and U20) and was part of the France team that won the 1996 UEFA European Under-18 Championship. He later earned 11 caps for the Haiti national team from 1999 to 2002, appearing in Caribbean Cup tournaments in 2000 and 2002.
