Alie Badara Mansaray
Alie Badara Mansaray was the Commissioner of the Sierra Leone National Commission for Social Action (NaCSA) from December 2014 to 2018. He studied Agricultural Education at Njala University, earning his bachelor's degree in 1983, and later earned a Master of Arts in Development Studies from the University of East Anglia in 2005. His term was during the presidency of Ernest Bai Koroma.
