Acacia jensenii is a shrub or small tree in the legume family, native to northwestern Australia. It typically grows 1–6 metres tall and usually has one or two stems at the base. The plant has green phyllodes (leaf-like blades) that are linear to narrowly elliptic, about 2.5–6 cm long and 3–6 mm wide. It flowers with yellow blooms from May to August, and after flowering it forms immature pods about 7–8 mm wide with seeds arranged obliquely.

It is closely related to Acacia dictyophleba and Acacia sabulosa. It was first described by Joseph Maiden in 1917. It was reclassified as Racosperma jensenii in 2003 and returned to the genus Acacia in 2006. A synonym is Acacia jenseni.

Distribution: Acacia jensenii grows scattered across the Kimberley, Pilbara and Goldfields-Esperance regions of Western Australia, usually on plains and sand dunes in red sandy soils and sandstone gullies. It is also found in the Northern Territory’s Tanami Desert on the slopes and crests of sand dunes.
