A Beautiful Mind (TV series)
A Beautiful Mind (Korean: 뷰티풀 마인드) is a South Korean medical melodrama mystery TV series, also known as Dr. Frankenstein. It stars Jang Hyuk, Park So-dam, Yoon Hyun-min, and Park Se-young. The show aired on KBS2 in 2016, on Mondays and Tuesdays at 10:00 PM, from June to August. Its 14-episode run was shorter than planned due to low ratings. Inspired by Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein, the story follows a world-renowned but unsympathetic neurosurgeon who becomes involved in a string of mysterious deaths at the hospital where he works. The drama was produced by Raemongraein, written by Kim Tae-hee, and directed by Mo Wan-il.
