7th Cinema Express Awards
The 7th Cinema Express Awards were held on 12 April 1987 to honor the best South Indian films released in 1986. The awards were announced in February. The Best Picture winner was Samsaram Adhu Minsaram. Special awards went to Radha Ravi for Odangal and to Ambika for Natpu and Thazhuvatha Kaigal.
