3F Racing
3F Racing is a German stock car team that started in 2022. It is based in Welcome, North Carolina, and operates from Richard Childress Racing’s campus. The team has a technical alliance with Richard Childress Racing and with Dutch team Race Planet Team Bleekemolen, and they plan a part-time Cup Series program with the No. 30 Chevrolet Camaro. Ryan Vargas drives the No. 30 in the NASCAR Whelen Euro Series and serves as the team’s director of driver development and reserve driver for Cup.
Plans were announced in 2022 to race the final five events of that season, but the debut was pushed to 2023 with hopes for about ten Cup races and a full-time move in 2024. Vargas joined as the team’s director of driver development and No. 30 driver in July 2023. The car raced at GP Germany in September 2023 (finishing 10th in both races) and at GP Belgium (15th and 11th), ending 27th in points for the year.
In 2024, 3F Racing ran full-time in the Euro Series with Vargas in EuroNASCAR Pro, and the team earned its first podium on June 29, 2024 at Raceway Venray.
