2025–26 Montenegrin Second League

2025–26 Montenegrin Second League (2.CFL) is the 20th season of the league. The season runs from 18 August 2025 to 23 May 2026, with 10 teams taking part.

New teams and format
- New entrants: Otrant-Olympic (relegated from the First League) and Berane and Internacional (winners of the Montenegrin Third League playoffs).
- This is the 7th season with 10 teams.
- Promotion and relegation: The league winner is promoted to the First League automatically. The 2nd and 3rd place enter promotion playoffs against the 8th and 9th placed teams in the First League. The bottom two teams are relegated to the Third League.
