Neil Clarkson Johnson (born 24 January 1970) is a former Zimbabwean cricketer. He was an all-rounder who batted left-handed and bowled right-arm fast-medium. He played for Zimbabwe from 1998 to 2000, appearing in 13 Test matches and 48 ODIs.

In Tests, Johnson scored 532 runs with an average of 24.18, including one century, and he took 15 wickets. In ODIs, he scored 1,679 runs at 36.50 and took 35 wickets. He made his Test debut against India in October 1998 and his ODI debut against New Zealand the same month. His last Tests came in June 2000 against England, and his last ODI was in July 2000 against England.

Domestically, Johnson spent much of his career in South Africa and England, playing for Natal, Eastern Province, Boland, Western Province, Leicestershire and Hampshire. He had a standout World Cup in 1999, finishing as Zimbabwe’s top run-scorer (367 runs) and top wicket-taker (12 wickets) in eight matches, while opening both batting and bowling.

His international career was cut short by internal politics in Zimbabwe cricket, and he retired in 2004 at age 34. After retiring, he moved into coaching, including serving as head of cricket at Hilton College in South Africa and coaching players such as Lungi Ngidi.
