Mikhail Pavlovich Balenkov (Russian: Михаил Павлович Баленков) was a Soviet rower born on 6 March 1940 in Leningrad, Soviet Union. He competed at the 1960 Summer Olympics in Rome as part of the Soviet men's eight rowing team, but they were eliminated in the heats. He passed away in 1995.
