2025 Split local elections
Split local elections were held in Croatia on 18 May 2025 to elect the 74th mayor of Split, two deputy mayors, and the 31 members of the Split City Council as part of the 2025 Croatian local elections. A runoff followed on 1 June 2025. Turnout was 37.34% in the first round and 43.53% in the runoff. In the mayoral race, Ivica Puljak (Centre) was the top candidate in the first round with 35.26% (18,476 votes), while Tomislav Šuta (HDZ) had 30.54% (16,002 votes). In the runoff, Šuta won with 53.19% (30,586 votes) to Puljak's 46.81% (26,921), making Šuta the new mayor. Puljak had been the mayor before the election.
