2025 Olongapo local elections

Local elections were held in Olongapo on May 12, 2025, as part of the Philippines’ general election. Voters elected a mayor, a vice mayor, and 10 of the 12 city council seats.

Mayor
Incumbent Rolen Paulino Jr. of the Nacionalista Party ran for a third term. He faced Jong Cortez (Independent) and Echie Ponge (PFP). Final results: Paulino 35,179 votes (38.11%), Cortez 23,402 votes (25.35%), Ponge 21,776 votes (23.59). Paulino was elected mayor.

Vice mayor
Kaye Ann Legaspi (Aksyon) won the vice mayor position with 39,304 votes (43.66%), defeating Rodel Cerezo (21.19%), Lugie Lipumano (19.56%), and Gina Perez (14.19%).

City Council
Ten councilors were elected (out of 12). Results by party: Nacionalista won 3 seats, Lakas won 3 seats, PFP won 1 seat, PRP won 1 seat, with the remaining seats going to other parties or independents.
