Wyoming's 26th State Senate district
Wyoming’s 26th State Senate district is one of 31 districts in the Wyoming Senate. It includes part of Fremont County and is represented by Republican Tim Salazar of Riverton. As of 2022, the district has a population of about 19,494. Its racial makeup is roughly 78% White, 9% Hispanic, 6% Native American, 5% Multiracial, and 1% Asian. Since 1992, Wyoming uses district-based elections rather than electing legislators by county.
