The 2024 Georgian Cup, also known as the Davit Kipiani Cup, was a single-elimination football competition in Georgia organized by the Georgian Football Federation. It ran from 27 April to 5 December 2024, with 52 teams taking part, playing 52 matches and totaling 209 goals (about 4.02 per game). The cup winner earned a place in the first round of the 2025–26 UEFA Conference League.

Defending champions Iberia 1999 (the former Saburtalo) had won the 2023 final but were eliminated by Dinamo Tbilisi in the round of 16 in 2024; those matches were played on 27 April. The Amateur Master League champions Bridge made their cup debut. In the round of 16, 28 teams from tiers 3 and 4 joined the competition, while Liga 4 club Samgurali-2 received a bye to the second round. At this stage six teams from the top tier and all ten teams from the second division joined the cup.

The draws for later rounds took place on 7 June, 21 July, and 29 April (round of 16), with the quarterfinal draw on 6 August and the semifinal draw on 23 October, when the final venue and date were announced.

Spaeri won the cup, beating Dinamo Tbilisi in the final held at Mikheil Meskhi Stadium on 5 December 2024.
