The 2022 NAIA women’s basketball tournament decided the national champion for the 2021–22 season. The event had 64 teams, up from 48 the year before, and used a single-elimination format. The first two rounds were played at regional campus sites, with the later rounds at the Tyson Events Center in Sioux City, Iowa.

Thomas More Saints won their first NAIA national title by beating the Dordt Defenders 77–65 in the championship game. Dordt made its first title game and Fab Four appearance, while Central Methodist Eagles and Southeastern Fire reached the semifinals for the first time.
