The 2017–18 Presbyterian Blue Hose men’s basketball team represented Presbyterian College in the NCAA Division I season. They competed in the Big South Conference and were led by first-year head coach Dustin Kerns. Home games were played at the Templeton Physical Education Center in Clinton, South Carolina.

The Blue Hose finished 11–21 overall and 4–14 in Big South play, placing ninth in the conference. They lost in the first round of the Big South tournament to Charleston Southern.

This season followed the resignation of longtime coach Gregg Nibert after 28 seasons. Dustin Kerns was hired in May 2017 to take over the program.

Key players included Jaron Withers, Reggie Dillard, Armel TeTe, Jo’Vontae Millner, Ruben Arroyo, and other contributors. The team’s non-conference schedule featured games in events like the Battle 4 Atlantis, followed by Big South play where they earned several conference losses and a 4–14 record.
