The 2014 Oklahoma state budget covers the fiscal year from July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014. It was proposed by Governor Mary Fallin on February 4, 2013 (her third budget as governor) and approved by the Oklahoma Legislature in May 2013, with the governor signing it into law on May 20, 2013.

A key feature of the budget is a small tax cut: the top personal income tax rate would fall from 5.25% to 5.0%, reducing state revenue by about $40.7 million in FY2014 and about $105.8 million in each subsequent year.

Budget figures:
- Governor’s proposed plan: total general appropriations of about $7.0 billion in spending and about $7.0 billion in revenue.
- Enacted plan (Legislature): total appropriations of about $7.1 billion and total revenue of about $7.1 billion.

Notes:
- The final appropriations are shown as changes from the FY2013 enacted budget.
- The $7.1 billion enacted budget is broken down into categories of expenditure, though the specific categories aren’t listed here.
