Khan Abul Kalam Azad (born 1960 in Dhaka) is a Bangladeshi doctor and academic who specializes in internal medicine. He was the 40th principal of Dhaka Medical College, serving from 13 June 2017 to 31 December 2020. He has held senior roles at the University of Dhaka, including dean of the Faculty of Medicine (until 2019) and dean of the Faculty of Postgraduate Medical Sciences & Research. He also served as principal of Popular Medical College and was a past president of the Bangladesh Society of Medicine.

Azad studied at West End High School and Dhaka College, completing his HSC in 1976. He earned his MBBS from Dhaka Medical College in 1983 (batch K-35). He completed a fellowship in internal medicine in 1991 from the Bangladesh College of Physicians and Surgeons and earned an MD in internal medicine from the University of Dhaka in 1999. He is married to Jesmine Hossain Khan and has two sons. He is a fellow of the American College of Physicians and received their Mastership for 2020–21. He has published hundreds of research articles in medical journals.
