Daniel Pek (born 28 November 1991) is a Polish Paralympic athlete who competes in T20 middle-distance running. He was born in Kościerzyna, Poland, and runs for UKS Olympijczyk Skórzewo. He is coached by Leszek Zblewski (club) and Zbigniew Lewkowicz (national).

Pek represented Poland at the 2012 Summer Paralympics in London, where he won a silver medal in the 1500 meters. He has also stood on the podium at World and European championships, including winning gold in the 1500 meters at the 2016 European Championships in Grosseto. He competed in the 1500 meters at the 2013 IPC World Championships in Lyon and ran both the 1500 meters and 800 meters at the 2016 IPC European Championships in Grosseto.
