Men's 200m Backstroke at the 2010 Short Course Worlds took place on 19 December in Dubai, UAE. Fifty-one swimmers competed in the morning heats, with the top eight advancing to the final. Ryan Lochte of the United States won gold with a time of 1:46.68. Silver went to Tyler Clary (USA) and bronze to Markus Rogan (Austria).
