Vincent Cosmas Mwagala, born 11 December 1973 in Makungu, Iringa Region, Tanzania, is a Tanzanian Catholic bishop and the founding Bishop of the Diocese of Mafinga. Mafinga was created on 22 December 2023 by Pope Francis, taking territory from the Diocese of Iringa and becoming a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Mbeya. On the same day, he was appointed as the first bishop of Mafinga.

He studied at Saint Augustine Major Seminary in Peramiho and at the Agrigento Archiepiscopal Seminary in Italy. He earned a licentiate in pastoral theology from the Pontifical Theological Faculty of Sicily in Palermo. He was ordained a priest for the Diocese of Iringa on 11 July 2007 and served there until his appointment as bishop in 2023.

Mwagala was consecrated as a bishop and installed on 19 March 2024 at Mafinga Cathedral. The principal consecrator was Protase Cardinal Rugambwa, Archbishop of Tabora; he was assisted by Bishop Tarcisius Ngalalekumtwa of Iringa and Archbishop Gervas John Mwasikwabhila Nyaisonga of Mbeya.
