1969 Offaly Senior Hurling Championship: St Rynagh's defended their title, winning their fourth championship by defeating Kinnitty 4-07 to 1-09 in the final. The final, played on 12 October 1969 at St Brendan's Park in Birr, was the first ever meeting in a final between the two clubs. St Rynagh's captain was Damien Martin; Kinnitty's captain was Percy Clendennen. This was the 72nd staging of the championship, which began in 1896.
