2004 PFC CSKA Moscow season

In the 2004 season, CSKA Moscow competed in the Russian Premier League, the Russian Cup, and the UEFA Champions League. Artur Jorge started the year as manager but was replaced by Valery Gazzaev in July. Home games were played at the Dynamo Stadium and the Eduard Streltsov Stadium.

CSKA finished 2nd in the Premier League. In the Russian Cup, they reached the quarter-finals, facing Krylia Sovetov, with the competition continuing into the 2005 season. CSKA won the Russian Super Cup that year. In Europe, after their Champions League campaign, they moved to the UEFA Cup for the 2005 season.

Top scorers: in the league, three players each scored 9 goals; overall, Vágner Love led with 13 goals.
