Red Men Hall, also known as the Redmen Wigwam, was a meeting hall in Index, Washington. Built in 1903 by the town’s Improved Order of Red Men lodge (Index Tribe No. 68 of the Great Council of Washington), it was a two-story wood-frame building with a Western false front, an arched roof, and a long front porch. It had a stage and a kitchen and was the largest building in the small town, serving as a center for social events like vaudeville shows, weddings, and political gatherings. The Red Men were a fraternal group that called their lodges wigwams.

The hall was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on April 13, 1973 (NRHP reference number 73001889). It stood at 530 Index Avenue.

On New Year’s Day, 2009, after years of abandonment, the building collapsed under heavy snow from a major storm. No trace remains today.
