Žitná-Radiša is a village and municipality in the Bánovce nad Bebravou District, Trenčín Region, in north-western Slovakia. It was first mentioned in 1295. The village sits at 271 metres above sea level and covers 17.76 square kilometres. The population is about 436 people (2024).

In 2021 there were 448 inhabitants: 431 Slovaks, with small numbers of Ukrainians, Romani, Czechs, Moravians and a Hungarian. By religion in 2021: 267 Evangelical, 83 Roman Catholic, 81 with no religion, 11 not specified, 3 Eastern Orthodox, and 3 Apostolic Church.
