Zhang Xiaowen (张小文), born 15 July 1964 in Xingning, Guangdong, is a former Chinese football defender. He spent his entire club career with Guangdong, starting in the youth team and moving to the senior team in 1983. He played for the China national team from 1988 to 1990, earning 19 caps and scoring 2 goals. He represented China at the 1988 Olympic Games, where the team were eliminated in the group stage, and at the 1988 Asian Cup, where China finished fourth.
