Isuf Çela (born 18 September 1996 in Elbasan, Albania) is a former Albanian footballer who played as a midfielder.

Career
Çela started in the youth system of Prato and was promoted to the first team in the 2013–14 season. He was on the bench for the opening match against L'Aquila on 1 September 2013 and made his league debut on 22 September 2013 against Gubbio, coming on as a late substitute. He played five games in the first half of that season before being loaned to Bologna in January 2014.
