Yuri Zisser (June 28, 1960 – May 17, 2020) was a Belarusian programmer and entrepreneur, best known as the founder and owner of Tut.by, the most visited Belarusian web portal. Born into a Jewish family in Lviv, he studied at the North Western Polytechnic Institute in Leningrad and moved to Minsk in 1987. In 1992 he started the company Nadyozhnye programmy (Reliable Programs). He often served on the jury of the SocialWeekend competition and wrote books on Internet and software marketing. He died in Minsk from stomach cancer at age 59.
