Yuri Moiseyev (footballer)
Yuri Alekseyevich Moiseyev (born 15 December 1960) is a Russian football coach and former player who played as a forward. He was born in Stalinogorsk, in the Soviet Union, and is about 1.82 meters tall. He made his professional debut in 1978 in the Soviet Second League for FC Khimik Novomoskovsk.
Moiseyev’s playing career included spells at several clubs. He played for FC Khimik Novomoskovsk (1978–1980, 49 appearances, 7 goals), FC Azot Novomoskovsk (1980), FC Spartak Moscow (1981, no league appearances), FC TOZ Tula (1981–1982, 13/3), and FC Khimik Novomoskovsk at amateur level (1982–1984). From 1985 to 1990 he was with FC Spartak Kostroma, making 183 appearances and scoring 57 goals. He then played for FC Shinnik Yaroslavl (1990–1992, 84/17), FC Okean Nakhodka (1993, 27/7), FC Lokomotiv Nizhny Novgorod (1994, 19/4), and FC Don Novomoskovsk (1995–1998, 138/36). He later became a coach, managing FC Don Novomoskovsk in 2005.
