Maxime Dominguez (born 1 February 1996) is a Swiss professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Cracovia in Poland’s Ekstraklasa. He was born in Geneva, is 1.73 meters tall, and is of Spanish descent.

Dominguez began his professional career with Servette in 2013 and later played for FC Zürich, Lausanne-Sport, and Neuchâtel Xamax in Switzerland. In 2021 he moved to Poland to join Miedź Legnica on a two-year contract. After two seasons there, he joined Raków Częstochowa in 2023. Later that year he moved to Gil Vicente in Portugal, and in 2024 he joined Vasco da Gama in Brazil. He was loaned to Toronto FC in 2025. In January 2026 he signed with Cracovia, where he currently plays.

Internationally, Dominguez has represented Switzerland at youth levels from U16 to U20, scoring for the U18 and U19 teams.
