Qayyum Raishyan bin Rahmat (born 5 December 2000) is a Singaporean footballer who plays as a right back for Negeri Sembilan in the Malaysia Super League. He is 1.80 meters tall.

Raishyan started his football journey at Junior Soccer Academy in Singapore and earned a place at the National Football Academy. He represented Singapore at under-18 level in 2018, including overseas matches, and was nominated for the Dollah Kassim Award in 2016 for his performances at a young age.

His senior career began with the Young Lions in the Singapore Premier League, where he made nine appearances from 2019 to 2020. He later played for Geylang International in 2022 and had a stint with Lion City Sailors in 2023. In 2023 he joined Negeri Sembilan in Malaysia, where he continues to play as a defender.
