Yana Valerievna Lantratova (born 14 December 1988) is a Russian politician and a deputy of the 8th State Duma from the A Just Russia — For Truth party. She has a background in television and youth politics, including work on MTV, Muz-TV, and 5TV in 2006–2007. In 2006 she founded Stars Center, a youth organization that organized charity performances for orphans, hospitals, and boarding schools.

In 2009 she became the regional curator for Young Guard of United Russia projects. The following year she started working as an assistant to Vitaly Milonov, a Saint Petersburg legislator, and in December 2010 she was elected to the federal coordination council of the Young Guard of United Russia. In 2011 she headed the All-Russia People’s Front working group on detecting and countering crimes against children and online pedophilia. From 2012 to 2018 she was a member of the Presidential Council for Civil Society and Human Rights, and in 2015 she was appointed Executive Secretary of the Council. Since September 2021 she has served as a deputy in the 8th State Duma.

Lantratova has been sanctioned by the United Kingdom since 11 March 2022 in relation to Russia’s actions in Ukraine. In 2023 she received the Order of Friendship from South Ossetia. Education: Saint Petersburg State University, the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA), and Moscow State Pedagogical University.
