Xylosma serrata
Xylosma serrata is a flowering plant in the Salicaceae family that is endemic to the island of Montserrat. It was known from only one location in the south of the island, but that site was buried by pyroclastic flows from a volcanic eruption. The species may be extinct, but the IUCN lists it as Critically Endangered due to the lack of data about its current status.
