Xavier Niodogo
Xavier Niodogo (born 1953 in Kouritenga Province) is a Burkinabé diplomat. From 28 May 2003 to 2011, he served as Burkina Faso’s ambassador to Germany, with concurrent accreditation to Russia and Ukraine. He presented his Letters of Credence to Russian President Vladimir Putin on 27 July 2007. He succeeded Jean-Baptiste Ilboudo and was later succeeded by Marie Odile Bonkoungou-Balima.
