XHTZ-FM (96.9 FM) is a radio station in Xalapa, Veracruz, Mexico. It is owned by Valanci Media Group and broadcasts as Joya 96.9 with an adult contemporary format. The station received its concession on February 7, 1974.

In October 2024, XHTZ-FM swapped formats and operators with XHWA-FM 98.5, bringing the Joya brand to 96.9. In March 2025, Avanradio’s concession was approved to transfer to Radio Espectáculo, S.A., a Valanci Media Group subsidiary.
