The women's pole vault at the 2012 World Junior Championships in Athletics was held at the Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys on July 12 and 14. The defending world junior champion, Angelica Bengtsson of Sweden, was eligible to defend her title. Before the competition, the world junior and championship records were noted. In qualifying, athletes had to clear 4.10 meters or be among the best 12 to advance. An unofficial count recorded 29 athletes from 20 countries participating.
